Simple, But Powerful Natural Appetite Suppressant Tea!
The main ingredients in this Natural Appetite Suppressant Tea are as follows:
This warming spice, that has that subtle heat, is available all year round. It truly is a fantastic spice when it comes to health. Ever had a cold, or a stuffy nose, try ginger and lemon with a dash of honey. That’s just one of the thousands of remedies ginger is included in. It can also treat digestive issues, hangovers and gassy issues. When it comes to weight loss it regulates bad cholesterol and boosting immunity. But here’s where ginger really comes into its own as a weight loss aid, it’s a very good natural appetite suppressant.
On top of this ginger suppresses cortisol. Cortisol, a steroid hormone is essential for regulating energy. However, when under chronic stress this can raise the cortisol levels way to high. Although this is hormone that we need, it is only at a certain amount, when its levels elevate too high they can increase excess belly fat and weight gain.
This root is anti-aging, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and a powerful antioxidant. It’s rich golden color is given by a substance called Curcumin, which has many health benefits, that have been well documented over the years. Not only is this a wonderful spice if you have any kind of pain, it’s a powerhouse of nutrients along with being great for the liver. But wait…that’s not all! Research has also shown turmeric extract to be very effective at lowering blood cholesterol levels – particularly LDL ‘bad’ cholesterol. This reduction of cholesterol levels benefits fat loss by reducing the amount of adipose tissue weight gain.
Are many spices as sweet, and good to eat as the lovely Cinnamon? This is one of my favorite spices, and I sprinkle it on a lot of dishes including savory, which I will explore later on. This heady, almost floral smelling spice is packed full of medicinal properties which will contribute a lot to your health. When buying cinnamon, go for Ceylon cinnamon as it contains lower amounts of coumarin than the other type of cinnamon. Coumarin, when taken in excess, can be damaging to the liver.
Abundant in manganese, iron, calcium and fiber, cinnamon has been a precious medicine since medieval times used in bacterial infections and bloating. Cinnamon has is very good at lowering blood sugar levels as well as those bad cholesterol levels (LDL) too, and it has no effect on the good cholesterol (HDL). So it is not only beneficial for the heart but helps those looking to lower their blood sugar or are diabetic. In fact, this spice is so potent that it can go a long way in reversing insulin resistance in pre-diabetes. Along with this, cinnamon is sweet to the taste, so it takes the edge of the craving for sweet foods.
